Where is my Order ?

"Made to order" means that an item is created only after an order is placed, rather than being produced in advance and kept in stock. This approach helps to reduce waste, as products are made uniquely for the customer who ordered them.

Every Monday we will give out weekly order updates on this page and on our instagram @introverthumann. You will find the order updates under the "ORDER UPDATES AND STATUS" at the top of this page with and on our instagram we will post on our story about the order updates and there will be a highlight on the profile named "ORDER UPDATES".

Different order dates may have different statuses as we place our hand crafted orders with our supplier every 1-2 weeks  

Ordering Phase: Means orders are being collected to send to be hand made.

Orders in Production: means items are now being hand made and perfected!

Orders are on the way: Means your order is on the way to our warehouse.

Orders are being fulfilled: Means we have the hand made items and we are shipping them out. 

Orders Shipped: means your package is on the way to you.

Each item is handmade and made-to-order uniquely just for you to eliminate waste and be as environmentally friendly as possible, unless stated otherwise. Please allow around 4-8 weeks for production/shipping of all items. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with the order.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
